The online assessment takes 7–15 minutes. Answer instinctively — there are no right or wrong responses. Your personalised report is generated immediately upon completion.
03 — Debrief
Your confirmation email includes a booking link for your 1:1 Debrief Call. In 45–60 minutes, your Maxwell DISC Consultant will walk you through your results and help you identify your most important growth actions.
