A half-day or full-day workshop for teams experiencing communication breakdown, interpersonal conflict, or low cohesion. Based on the frameworks in How to Work with Complicated People and applied directly to your team context.

One-to-one coaching for senior leaders navigating complex decisions, team culture challenges, or leadership transitions. Engagements run on a monthly retainer basis.
Clients receive structured coaching sessions, between-session support, and where relevant, DISC behavioural analysis integrated into the coaching process.

Corporate engagements are scoped individually based on team size, programme type, duration, and delivery format. We do not publish fixed corporate rates because every organisation’s needs are different.
