1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that govern your access to and use of Vivid Consultancy Group Limited’s websites, leadership development programmes, DISC behavioural assessments, executive coaching, corporate training, advisory services, and related digital platforms. VCG is a Maxwell Leadership Certified coaching and consulting firm based in Trinidad and Tobago, serving individuals, teams, and organisations across the Caribbean.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites (vividconsultancygroup.com and learn.vividconsultancygroup.com), your registration for and participation in any VCG programme, service, or event, and any other interaction with VCG.
By registering for a programme, purchasing a service, or using our websites, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or purchase.
2. About Vivid Consultancy Group Limited
Vivid Consultancy Group Limited is incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago and operates as a leadership development and organisational consulting practice. Our services are delivered by Maxwell Leadership Certified coaches and DISC behavioural consultants.

3. Our Services
VCG offers the following categories of services. Specific terms applicable to each are set out in Section 5.
3.1 Leadership Mastermind Programmes
Structured group leadership development programmes delivered in cohorts over four weeks or more, based on John Maxwell leadership frameworks. Complimentary and paid formats are available.
3.2 Membership Programmes
Subscription-based leadership development memberships including the Vivid Leader Circle (Tier 1) and Executive Circle (Tier 2), offering ongoing coaching, assessments, group sessions, and community access.
3.3 DISC Behavioural Assessments and Debriefs
Individual and team DISC assessments delivered using Maxwell Leadership / PeopleKeys assessment tools, including personalised written reports and debrief coaching sessions.
3.4 Corporate Workshops and Training
Organisation-facing training programmes, communication workshops, team DISC workshops, and sales leader workshops delivered to corporate clients under a formal service agreement or proposal.
3.5 Executive Coaching
One-to-one coaching engagements for individuals and senior leaders, structured across defined programme tiers with agreed outcomes, duration, and deliverables.
3.6 Retainer Services
Ongoing advisory, social media content, and website support services delivered to retained clients under a separate retainer agreement.
4. Registration and Eligibility
By registering for any VCG programme or service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are a minor participating under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian
- The information you provide at registration is accurate and complete
- You will not share access to paid programme materials, membership content, or coaching session recordings with individuals who have not enrolled or paid
- You understand that programme cohorts are capacity-limited and that registration secures your place but does not guarantee attendance if sessions are missed
VCG reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration at its discretion, including where a participant’s conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with VCG’s programme values.
5. Service-Specific Terms
5.1 Complimentary Leadership Mastermind
The complimentary Leadership Mastermind is offered at no charge as a leadership development resource. Registration is open and does not require payment. VCG does not enforce attendance obligations; however, participants who wish to continue in subsequent cohorts are expected to engage in good faith with the programme.
VCG reserves the right to limit cohort sizes and to prioritise participants on waiting lists based on available capacity.
5.2 Paid Programmes and Memberships
Paid programmes include the Paid Leadership Mastermind, Personal Development Mastermind, Vivid Leader Circle (Tier 1), and Executive Circle (Tier 2). Payment is required in advance of access being granted.
Refund and deferral policy for paid programmes and memberships:
- Payments for paid programmes and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted or a cohort has commenced.
- Where a participant is unable to commence or continue a programme due to personal circumstances, VCG may, at its discretion, offer a deferral of up to one (1) year from the original purchase date to a future cohort or programme cycle of equivalent value.
- Deferral requests must be submitted in writing to training@vividconsultancygroup.com prior to or within the first session of the programme.
- Deferrals are non-transferable and may not be applied to a different programme tier or service category without prior written agreement from VCG.
- Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
5.3 DISC Assessments and Debriefs
DISC assessment purchases cover the cost of the assessment report and a scheduled debrief session. Once an assessment link has been issued and activated, the assessment fee is non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled debrief session, they may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. VCG will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling requests within a 30-day window from the original session date.
5.4 Corporate Workshops, Training, and Retainers
Corporate engagements are governed by a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement issued by VCG. Where no separate agreement exists, the following default terms apply:
- A deposit of 50% of the total engagement fee is required to confirm and schedule a corporate workshop or training engagement.
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances once the engagement has been confirmed in writing.
- If the client cancels the engagement 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled date, the remaining balance will be refunded in full.
- If the client cancels the engagement fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date, the full engagement fee becomes due and payable.
- VCG reserves the right to reschedule a corporate engagement due to facilitator illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, VCG will offer an alternative date at no additional cost.
- Ongoing retainer services may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the notice period are non-refundable.
6. Payments
VCG accepts payment through the following channels:
- International payments (USD): Stripe and PayPal, processed via our online platform at learn.vividconsultancygroup.com
- Local payments (TTD): WiPay, processed via our online platform
All prices are stated in the currency displayed at the point of purchase. VCG is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
Payment must be received and confirmed before access to paid programmes, assessments, or membership content is granted. VCG does not offer credit terms for individual or consumer purchases.
For corporate engagements, invoices are issued with payment terms as stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials produced or distributed by VCG — including but not limited to session materials, participation guides, slide decks, video content, written resources, DISC reports, coaching frameworks, and website content — are the intellectual property of Vivid Consultancy Group Limited or its licensors (including Maxwell Leadership).
You may use VCG-provided materials for your own personal leadership development and learning. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute VCG materials to third parties without prior written consent
- Use VCG materials for commercial purposes, training delivery, or resale
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from VCG materials
- Share access credentials, programme links, or session recordings with non-registered individuals
DISC assessment reports are issued to the individual participant and may not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent and VCG’s written approval.
8. Confidentiality
VCG mastermind and coaching sessions operate under a confidentiality framework. All participants are expected to treat personal disclosures, business information, and leadership challenges shared within group sessions as strictly confidential.
VCG does not record mastermind group sessions. This policy is intentional and exists to protect the confidentiality and psychological safety of all participants.
Participants who breach the confidentiality expectations of the programme may be removed from the current cohort and may be declined future enrolment at VCG’s discretion.
9. Programme Conduct and Participation
VCG programmes are designed to foster a respectful, growth-oriented, and professionally supportive environment. All participants are expected to:
- Engage with sessions in good faith and with respect for fellow participants and facilitators
- Maintain cameras on during virtual sessions where possible, to support group engagement
- Complete any recommended pre-session reading or preparation
- Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour in any VCG space, including group sessions, community channels, and direct communications with VCG staff
VCG reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme, community, or session without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful to other participants or inconsistent with the values of the programme.
10. Limitation of Liability
VCG’s services are educational and developmental in nature. While we are committed to delivering high-quality programmes and coaching, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, career results, revenue growth, or personal transformation as a result of participating in any VCG programme or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VCG shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your participation in a VCG programme or use of our services
- Loss of business, revenue, profit, or anticipated savings
- Any decisions made by you or your organisation based on coaching, assessment results, or training content provided by VCG
- Technical disruptions to virtual sessions caused by third-party platforms such as Zoom or internet service providers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits VCG’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disclaimer
VCG’s coaching, training, and DISC assessment services are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you have concerns about your mental health, wellbeing, or legal or financial situation, you should seek qualified professional support.
DISC assessments provide behavioural insight and are used as a development tool. They are not diagnostic instruments and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions, clinical assessments, or legal proceedings.
12. Affiliate Links — Amazon Associates Disclosure
VCG participates in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for websites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.
Where we recommend books or resources and provide an Amazon link, that link may be an affiliate link. If you purchase through our affiliate link, VCG may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Our websites are provided on an “as is” basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and availability, VCG does not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Our websites and communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and platforms. VCG is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites and encourages you to review their terms and policies independently.
14. Privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or VCG’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

16. Changes to These Terms
VCG reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For registered participants and active members, we will provide notice of significant changes via email.
Your continued use of our services or websites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
