We Know What It Feels Like to Be in the Room
Vivid Consultancy Group exists because leadership gaps are real — and the people who sit in them deserve more than theory.
WHY VCG EXISTS
Most leaders are promoted, not prepared.
Across the Caribbean, talented professionals are moved into leadership positions every day. They’re given a title, a team, and a set of targets. What they’re rarely given is a clear path to becoming the kind of leader people actually want to follow.
The gap between being promoted and being equipped is where most leadership struggles begin. It shows up in team communication that breaks down, in managers who manage processes but not people, and in executives who know what needs to happen but can’t get their teams to move.
That gap is exactly what Vivid Consultancy Group was built to close.
MEET THE GUIDE
Joshua Stewart
Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach · DISC Behavioural Consultant
Joshua spent nearly two decades inside some of the Caribbean’s most demanding telecommunications environments — from IT Engineer at Karib Cable in Antigua, to Sales and Marketing Manager, Head of Customer Operations, and ultimately Operations Manager at FLOW (Columbus Communications) in Trinidad and Tobago.
He was the person in the room — navigating the pressure of underperforming teams, managing culture shifts after mergers, and leading operations through real-world complexity with no leadership playbook handed to him.
In January 2026, he left corporate life to do the thing he wished someone had done for him: give Caribbean professionals a clear, practical path to becoming better leaders.
Today Joshua is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and Maxwell DISC Certified Behavioural Consultant. He delivers leadership masterminds, executive coaching, DISC behavioural workshops, and corporate training programmes across Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.
MEET THE CO-FACILITATOR
Sharlene Findley-Stewart
Psychologist · Grief Educator · Maxwell DISC Certified Consultant
Sharlene Findley-Stewart is a psychologist, grief educator, and behavioural consultant who brings the human dimension to every VCG engagement.
With a background in mental health, emotional intelligence, and couples and family counselling, Sharlene leads DISC behavioural debriefs and co-facilitates workshops that go beyond personality typing — helping participants understand how their behaviour impacts the people around them and how to adjust for stronger relationships and better results.
Sharlene is a Maxwell Leadership DISC Certified Consultant and Managing Director of Vivid Consultancy Group. Her perspective ensures that VCG’s work addresses not just performance, but the person behind the performance.
Our Approach
Three things guide everything we do.
01
The Leader is the Hero
We do not come in as the experts who fix things. We come in as guides who equip the leaders in the room to fix things themselves. Every programme, every session, every debrief is designed to build capacity — not dependency.
02
Behaviour Before Strategy
Most performance problems are communication problems. Before we address what a team is doing, we address how they are relating to one another. DISC behavioural insight is the foundation of almost everything we deliver.
03
Practical Over Theoretical
Joshua spent 17 years in operational leadership. Sharlene has sat with people in their hardest moments. Our programmes are built on what actually works in real organisations — not on frameworks that look good in a slide deck.
