When I transitioned into full-time coaching, I brought that experience with me. I am not a theorist. I have sat in the leadership seat. I know what it costs to make decisions under pressure, to build teams that do not gel, and to carry the weight of expectations without a clear direction forward.

Discovery Call

We start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure. I want to understand where you are, what you are navigating, and whether coaching is the right fit for you right now.

DISC Assessment

If we move forward, you complete a Maxwell DISC Behavioural Assessment. This becomes the foundation of our coaching work — giving us a shared language and a clear picture of how you are wired to lead.

Coaching Engagement

We work through a structured coaching engagement tailored to your goals. Sessions are focused, forward-facing, and built around your specific leadership context — not a generic programme.
